1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARAVIA platform operated by Azornexus, Lda, located at:

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ARAVIA is a technology platform that enables users to discover, book, and manage reservations for tours and activities offered by independent operators.
3. Platform Role
Azornexus provides ARAVIA as a technical intermediary platform.
We do not:
- Own, operate, or provide tours or activities
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of services
- Act as an agent of operators unless explicitly stated
Any agreement for services is made directly between the user and the operator.
4. Responsibility of Operators
Operators using ARAVIA are independent service providers.
They are solely responsible for:
- Delivering the booked service
- Providing accurate descriptions and availability
- Handling cancellations, refunds, and changes
- Issuing invoices or receipts
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Azornexus is not a party to the contract between the user and the operator.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after successful payment.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Mollie).
Azornexus does not store or process payment card details.
The operator is the seller of the service and receives payment, subject to any applicable platform fees.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and valid.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the individual operator.
Users should review the applicable policy before completing a booking.
Azornexus is not responsible for issuing refunds unless required by law.
7. User Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to interfere with the platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Azornexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Azornexus is not responsible for the performance of services provided by operators
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may include links or integrations with third-party services.
Azornexus is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such services.
11. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
